Themed Lunchtime Dining Experiences

Throughout the year students design and plan their own themed dining experiences, choosing everything from the dishes on the menu to the decorations in the restaurant. Previous experiences have included Burns Night, St Patricks Day, Chinese New Year and many more!

Themed Evening Dining Experiences
Various dates | 6.00pm
Students plan fabulous themed evening dinners for you to immerse yourself into. Recently they have delivered the '007 Course Dinner' - a James Bond inspired 7 course meal, accompanied with Shaken not Stirred Cocktails. There's been plenty of others including 'Disney Dining', 'French Night' and 'Jazz Night' all with a matching menus and an immersive dining experiences.

Here, students learn the art of dealing with the public, front of house, or how to turn out meals while under pressure, in the kitchen. The ruling, that you never get a second chance to give a first impression, and the students live up to that ruling. I could almost swear that each one of them is inspected to make sure they come up to standards, with not a hair out of place. I also noticed that each one of them stood with almost ramrod straight backs, and you get the impression of entering a five star restaurant, right down to being greeted as you leave the lift. The food, as usual was of a high standard, and served, almost like a piece of art. On behalf of the group, may I thank all those who helped make our visit again, something special, and I know with the training you are receiving at Clouds, you will go far.

Had soup then salmon for starter and mains and my desert was amazing – a brandy snap basket with chantilly cream, fruit and spun sugar. £15 for three courses with tea or coffee.
