The bunting was flying, flags were waved and there were tea, scones, cakes and strawberries galore. There was even a photo opportunity with Her Majesty herself (albeit a cardboard cutout!)
We'd like to express huge thanks to our Foundation Learning students for preparing over 200 scones with jam and cream and organising some brilliant games. Staff and students all gathered together for the fabulous event in our Oasis canteen, decorated to the nines in red white and blue. What better way to mark the momentous anniversary of the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II?!
