Students Awards 2024

Southport College buzzed with pride in June as we hosted not one, but two spectacular awards evenings for our students!

Our event space put together by Moonlight Events LTD

These events were dedicated to recognising the exceptional achievements of our learners, both adults and those between 16-19 years old.

Our sports hall was transformed into a stand-out events arena put together by ex-student Scott, owner of Moonlight Events LTD. It gave students, parents, carers, and staff a place to celebrate their students properly, thank you Scott!

The first night was a heart-warming celebration of our dedicated adult learners. These individuals, who juggle work, family, and other commitments, deserve immense credit for pursuing their educational goals and upskilling later in life. Their success stories are a testament to the power of lifelong learning and the transformative impact of education at any age.

The following night, the spotlight shifted to our talented 16-19 year old learners. One student per subject was awarded for their hard work, dedication, and resilience through their academic journey. Their achievements are an inspiration and a testament to the brilliant teaching staff here at Southport, who support our students tirelessly to reach their goals.

Every single one of our award winners should be super proud of themselves! We can't wait to see what you achieve in the future.
